Our Employee Self Service (ESS) feature was designed to help reduce the labour intensive paper process, streamline data capture and improve information access. Employee and Manager Self Service allows your employees to access and change personal information, lowering your HR administration costs.

  • Employees can view their pay statements, year-end tax slips and update their contact information.
  • Employee Self Service also connects to the Employee Time Management module, allowing employees to submit their timesheets, set availability, view their work schedules, and request time off. Submitted timesheets and time-off requests are then approved by their manager before being processed by payroll.
  • ESS gives your employees and manager the tools to help themselves, saving you time and money, all while reducing administrator workloads.
